Quality is an integral part of the Linda Tahija brand, and we expect you to wear your jewellery for many years to come. All Linda Tahija pieces are covered by a 2 year warranty from date of purchase, that covers manufacturing faults and defects.
Normal wear and tear is not covered by our warranty. Examples of normal wear and tear includes gold plating wear, tarnishing and broken chains that are the result of force being applied causing the chain to break. Broken chains are looked at on a case by case basis.
The warranty is voided if the jewellery has been worked on by a jeweller other than Linda Tahija.
To make a warranty claim, please get in touch with our customer service team at customerservice@lindatahija.com. Please include your proof of purchase (or online order number if purchased through our online store) plus include photographs of the item and issue. Postage costs associated with any warranty claim are covered by Linda Tahija Jewellery.
